150°C High-Temperature Compatible FPC Connector for Automotive Equipment
The upper limit of operating temperature has significantly increased from 105°C to 150°C, enabling use in high-temperature environments such as automotive and industrial equipment applications.
As a new product in the FPC connector "HF601" series, we have developed an FPC connector that can be used in environments up to 150°C. This product is ideal for automotive applications, where there is an increasing market demand for high-temperature resistant connectors, as well as for industrial equipment such as semiconductor manufacturing and inspection devices. In recent years, the automotive market has seen a rise in the adoption of connectors suitable for high-temperature environments due to trends such as the proliferation of EVs and the integration of ECUs. To meet this market demand, we have developed an FPC connector that can be used in environments up to 150°C by combining it with our high heat-resistant FPC (YFLEX).
